Easy Real Estate Classes Pre-License Salesperson courses are fully refundable if the STUDENT has not completed the 1st course AND if the refund request is made within the 1st day of purchase. “Completion of the Modules” occurs when you have completed all levels in the courses, regardless if you have taken or passed the final exam.

• If cancellation occurs prior to the (1st) first module course, tuition will be refunded in full.
• If cancellation occurs after the (1st) first class course and prior to the start of the (2nd) second module course starting, the student will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service charge.
• No refund after the (2nd) second class course has started.
• Refund requests must be made through email by the Student.

Easy Real Estate policy regarding the refund of tuition and fees if the school were to terminate operations before the end of the online academic year student will get a full refund.
